8-year-old Victoria, who has Down syndrome and developmental delay, starts school this year. Help her get into rehabilitation!
Victoria Medvid is a child with disabilities, having been diagnosed with complex conditions from birth: Down syndrome, delayed mental and language development, and deformities of the chest, ribs, and knee joints. The girl also suffers from visual impairment (myopic astigmatism in both eyes) and musculoskeletal disorders (Ehlers-Danlos syndrome).
Since the birth of his daughter, Victoria's father has made great efforts to ensure she receives regular rehabilitation by working with specialists at various centers. Thanks to the classes at the Body & Brain Rehabilitation Centre, there have been positive changes in the child's development and health.
This autumn, Victoria plans to become a schoolgirl. She will attend a school with integrated classes and study alongside typical children. However, Victoria must first undergo intensive rehabilitation. Please support the girl on her challenging path of development!
